ChrisChris Koeplin, President

As the President of Beverly Crossing, Chris is responsible for all aspects of the development operation and its real estate portfolio. This includes site assessments, design review and value engineering, programming and permitting, construction management, community relations, dispositions and other.

Chris graduated Cum Laude from Roger Williams in 1998 with a BS in Engineering. After college he moved to Denver to start an audio/video company where his entrepreneurial determination ultimately formed. In 2005 he left Denver to join the Windover family of companies where he spent most of his years as Director of Estimating and a Project Executive. He learned valuable business skills in strategic thinking and attention to detail while emerging with a strong sense for client relations and critical management of goals and expectations. His strengths today are visible in his ability to lead project teams, organize and manage to prescribed development goals, and to ensure the success of every development opportunity within the portfolio.

Chris grew up on the North Shore of Boston and currently lives in Essex MA with his wife, Beth, and their three children.

brunoBruno Aguiar, Chief Financial Officer

Bruno brings over 12 years of experience in GAAP accounting to his role as the principal accountant for the Windover Development team. His experience includes oversight of small business accounting and finance, as well for larger, Fortune 500 healthcare, pharmaceutical, and engineering recruiting firms. Meticulous in his approach, Bruno manages all fiscal objectives for Windover Development’s property assets and holdings and provides financial advisement for the group. Bruno graduated from Salem State University in 2004.

Bruno lives in Beverly with his wife, Cheryl, and their three children.

kristenKristen Poulin, Director of Development

Kristen holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Union College is Schenectady, NY and brings over 20 years of construction experience to Windover Development with a broad range of projects that include multi-family residential, institutional, commercial and single family homes. Kristen’s primary role as Director of Development with Windover is to oversee all aspects of construction which include acquisition due diligence operations; pre-construction design and budget development; construction phase work and on-going coordination with the construction and design teams; project closeout and turnover to the property management team; on-going maintenance of Windover’s portfolio.

Kristen lives in Newbury, MA with her husband Keith and their 2 sons.
